These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SqueezeFeed Android app and squeezefeed.com (together, the "Service"), operated by SqueezeFeed. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SqueezeFeed. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you're using SqueezeFeed on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for them.

Articles and stories shown in SqueezeFeed are aggregated, summarized, or curated from third-party news sources. Rights to original news content remain with the respective publishers. SqueezeFeed provides summaries and organization on top of that content to make it easier to consume.
If you submit feedback, bug reports, or comments through the app, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to operate and improve the Service. You retain ownership of what you submit.
The SqueezeFeed name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by us and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
SqueezeFeed uses AI to help summarize, rank, and organize news articles. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated summaries may occasionally contain errors or lose nuance from the original source. For anything important, we recommend checking the original article before relying on a summary.
We work to keep SqueezeFeed available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We may also add, change, or remove features over time as the app evolves.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
SqueezeFeed is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that news content will always be complete or fully accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SqueezeFeed and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including reliance on any news summary or content shown in the app.
We may update these Terms as SqueezeFeed grows. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
